Let me answer some of the questions you might have!
Q: What are your fees?
A: $180 for 50-minute individual sessions and $220 for 50-minute couples and family sessions. Superbills can be provided for you through the practice I am a part of to request reimbursement through your insurance company, but this is not a guarantee of reimbursement.

Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Unfortunately I am not able to accept any insurance plans at this time, as the practice I work in is not paneled with any insurances.

Q: What modalities are you trained in?
A: I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 Trained Psychotherapist and have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) through my work in PHP/IOP eating disorders.
